Day 28 & 29

Yesterday which was Saturday I spent at a Barn Hunt Match with my Flatcoated Retriever Lync.  We left at 6 am and got home at 6:30 pm, long day!  I brought my lunch with me so I wouldn't be tempted to eat the chili and bun they were serving.  I just sat in the van with Lync and ate.  I was super hungry when I got home and had a couple of weight watchers bars I instead of the one that I usually have.  I will be better today, only 4 days to weigh in so I have to smarten up!
