Day 21

Wow 3 weeks has gone by already, that went pretty fast. I had a good day.  I ate my 3 meals and snacks, wasn't too hungry which was good. I will try hard to not snack now after supper,  Last night I drank tea and that helped.  I will try the same tonight.
It is said 1 to 2 pounds lost a week is the best but that is very discouraging I think , such a low amount , I hope to loose more. Now that I am doing some form of exercise a couple of times a week it might help to boost my metabolism, I hope so anyway.
